Fidelity Properties at 220 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio.

They will lie to you over and over in an effort to collect whatever they can. I contacted them multiple times trying to figure out a situation with a doctors bill that should have been sent to my insurance. Each time I contacted Fidelity they gave me different information regarding putting my account on "hold" as to not affect my credit while my insurance processes the claim. At first they said they would, then later told me that they never said that at all.

Next they said I could avoid having a credit impact by setting up a recurring monthly payment (ridiculous since my insurance is going to cover it all, and then I'll have to be later refunded for the payments). The person I spoke with said I would receive an email approximately 1 week before the payment posted so that I would have time to coordinate with my insurance and the doctors office to make sure it's paid. Well guess what -- more lies. I did NOT receive an email and the first payment was taken out today.

The woman I spoke with at Fidelity said my payments would be like "money in the bank" since I'll be getting them refunded (eventually who knows when). Money in the bank... really now... money in the BANK? Laughable... more like money I have to shell OUT of the bank each month while Lansing Radiology takes their sweet time collecting from my insurance agency. Next I'll probably have to wait even longer before Lansing Radiology refunds me my "money in the bank".

I'm sure that I wouldn't be as frustrated if they had treated me with respect instead of being seriously RUDE each time I had to deal with them.
