I called in today to make an appointment for 1 of my 2 dogs. Was told they have too heavy of a load with a groomer who was going on leave because of surgery. I was then asked what kind of dog I had, which I am not sure why, when they clearly were not going to take any new clients. I was told to call back in July and maybe they could take on new clients then. She was polite on the phone, but I guess I will never be able to tell what kind of service they do! 2 stars for your politeness.
